11:30 - lunch w/ Mike @ Hanoi restaurant
1x Bo Luc Lac (Vietnamese Diced beef), 1x fried shirmp/yams (banh tom ngu, shared), hot tea
1pm - 1x diet coke
5pm - gym
5 min. elliptical (warm up), BB bench press, BB squats, chin ups, decline rows, 10x min elliptical
**felt good to have weight training, after two weeks playing only volleyball
7pm - 1x Vietnamese chicken sandwich, 1x vietnamese ice coffee
9:30 - 3x glass wine, 2x grilled chicken thigh, 1x hamburger patty w/ cheese( no bun)
