11am - vietnamese ice coffee, 1/2x vietnamese sandwhich,
2pm 1/2 vietnamese sandwhich, diet soda
4pm - 1/2 beef broccoli w/ rice
5:30 - gym
3 min elliptical warm up, squats, pull ups, etc, incline crunch, crunch machine
7pm - 1/2 sandwhich (turkey,roast beef, vegetables)
7:30 - 1/2 sandwhich (turkey,roast beef, vegetables)
8pm - bonfire (chicken, smores, diet soda)
11pm - left over gumbo (jimmy's recipe), diet soda, 2x shots liquer
