morn;
8am - large starbucks latte, 1x starbucks low fat breakfast sandwich (turkey bacon, ham, eggs, cheese, whole wheat english toast)
10am - coffee
12pm- scrambled eggs, handful bacon. yeah...i know. I don't even like bacon, but I was starved
1pm - 1x large diet coke**consuming through out study time**
2:30 - 1/2x subway ham wrap
3:30 - 1/2x subway ham wrap
5pm - gym
5x min elliptical warm up, deadlifts, roman deadlifts, walking lunges w/ 10# each hand held above head, cable lat pull downs, hack squat machine
6:30 - seafood salad, diet drink
7pm -diet drink through out study time
