9am- large starbucks cafe latte

noon- gym coached volleyball team
spiking drills, passing drills
diet coke, trail mix, baked chips

2pm - coffe, 1.5x cookies, coffe

6pm - 1/2 sandwich (whole wheat, ham, salami, cheese, tomato, lettuce), water

9:30 pm - 1/2 sandwich (whole wheat, ham, salami, cheese, tomato, lettuce), water
