5pm - gym
elliptical (3 min warm up), squats (front+back), elliptical (1 min warm up, 3 HIIT, 1 warm down), dead lift, power clean + push press (front+back), rowing machine (5 min)
protein shake

6:30 - grilled salmon + kim chee

9pm - 2x small peaches, water, water,

10pm - protein shake, water
