4:30 pm - gym
elliptical (5 min warm up), 5x5 complexes [bent over bar row, power clean, front squat+push press (hybrid form), lunge (bar on back), good morning]
6pm -1x roasted chicken breast, spinach, water, water
9pm - chicken tenders, 2x vodka+engery drink, 2x shots vodka, water, water
