1x spring roll, egg roll/bbq pork salad w/ vermicelli noodle, 2x Vietnamese cafe smoothie

5pm - gym
5 sets x 5 reps complex compounds - bent over row, front squat+push press, back squat+jump, good morning, dips+pull ups, back extension, abs (swiss ball crunch+medicine ball)

8:30 - handful beef jerky, water

9:30 pm B-day poker @ Loc's
pizza, guacamole, chips, champagne.
