9:30 trail mix + diet soda

noon - gym
coach department volleyball team, 2x games indoor volleyball (15 points)

1:30 chicken noodle soup

3:30 - oatmeal+protein power, small handful almonds, water

5:30 - subway's sweet onion turkey salad, diet soda

8:30 pm - left over saute onions + romain lettuce, water, water
