noon - 1/2x vietnamese sandwich, water

2pm - 1/2x vietnamese sandwich, water

4pm - gym
10 min elliptical thread, (10x10) deadlifts+push ups

6:30 - banh bao, chicken noodle soup, water

9pm - 1x beer, chips
