1:30 - 1x chicken breast, japaneses rice soup+rice seasoning, few bites turkey jerky, 1x fish oil tablet, water

3pm - 1x slice turkey jerky, walnuts+nori, water

5pm - 1x chicken breast, japaneses rice soup+rice seasoning, few bites turkey jerky, water

10pm - few bites guacamole+chips, water
