10:30 - 1x small slice turkey jerky, water
noon; no gym (too much leg pain) - 1x chicken breast+rice+japanese rice seasoning, water
3pm - few bites turkey jerky, water
6pm - family style dinner w/ friends
soup, spicy clams, steam fish, cubed beef, tea
water
