1 turkey, spinach, tortilla wrap. 2x turkey spinach wrap (no tortilla), hand full almonds & banana chips, 1 liter water
1 slice chocolate cake
1 diet pepsi
Dinner;
turkey spinach, cheese tortilla wrap, instant miso soup, 1 liter water
