Carls Jr breakfast combo (loaded burrito) - 1 coffee, hash brown chips, breakfast burrito (eggs, sausage, hash brown, salsa)
**note** 15 minutes after finishing it, I feel gross. Bloated, greased, etc. No More Breakfast combo for a while
1 liter water (helped w/ the greasy nauseous feeling)
Noon;
5x in door volleyball game (burping greasy breakfast the first 3 games)
(180 lbs - gym scale)
instant miso soup, 1 liter water, handful almonds & banana chips
1 liter water
