3x games in-door volleyball game (181 lbs)
1/2 turkey wrap, 1/2 shrimp/shrimi salad, 1/3 liter diet green tea, handful TJ nuts

1/5 liter water

Dinner;
1/2 liter water
1/2 turkey wrap, 1/2 shrimp/shrimi salad

late meal w/ Phil
muc bot (battered squid) 2 hienken beer

drinks 2x greygoose-n-tonic
