9:30 - 1 vietnamese coffee, 1 egg, ham, cheese bagette sandwich

8:30am - instant noodles+salad, water

10:30 - beach volleyball,

2pm - 1 tangerine

2:30pm - 1/3 Mexican seafood bowl, diet pepsi

3pm - bike ride Blemont Shore to Long Beach & back

6:30pm - 1 beer

7pm - 1/3 appetitizer, 1/2 hefeweizen beer.

12pm - soup plantation

7pm - grill chicken & carne, wine

10pm - irish car bomb, shot irish cream, blue moon, blue moon

Fri 6/11/10

6:30am - 1 banana, 1 multivitamin, glucosamin, 1 fish oil, 1 green tea

7am - 1 fiber bar

10 - 3 bites turkey jerky, apple crisp

11:15 - 1 hamburger, 1 small chef boyardee spagetti meatball, 1 green tea, 1 fish oil, 1 CP, water

12:30 - 25min stationary row machine, 3x15 push ups

1:30 - 1 apple, water

4pm - 1 orange

6pm - instant noodles+salad+eel

9pm - 3 beers

12am - nasty, greasy, delicious, alabres (sp?) mixto.

7:30 - 1 hamburger patty, 1/3 breakfast burrito, water

9:30 - 1 apple, water

11:30 - 1 green tea capsule

12 - indoor 4x4 volleyball

1:30 - 1 apple

1:45 - 1 hamburger patty+soup, water

4:30 - 1 orange

6pm - 1 glass red wine

7pm - 2 glass red wine, 1 instant noodle+1/2 eel.
